Stacio is a space created from the belief that transformation begins in stillness.

The name Stacio is rooted in the idea of a pause — a moment to reset, reflect, and return to yourself before moving forward. It is also a tribute to my father, Anastacio, whose journey of sacrifice, strength, and resilience inspired everything this space stands for.

He left his home at 16 to build a better life for his family. That same spirit of discipline, endurance, and devotion lives in this studio. Stacio Heated Room is not just a Pilates studio — it is a ritual space.
